India Trip; Following the Will of God:

Prayer in Jesus Name:

Psalm 145:1-2
David's Psalm of praise.  I will extol thee, my God, O king; and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. [2] Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.

Heavenly Father, I come today to pray for all those how will read this News Letter.  I asked that everything that I say would bless those who read this.  I also ask that all those who might be considering answering the call of God would be built up in there most Holy Faith.  That they would glean from what the Lord did for me, and be able to believe that the Lord would do the same things for them.  I also ask that you would bless me as I remember those things that you have done for and through me.  In the precious name Jesus Christ I Pray  A-Men:

 1 John 5:14-15
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: [15] And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Saying Yes to God’s Will:

 Rev. 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

This is the account of the things that the Lord did for me and through me.  Once I submitted to the will of God and said yes.

 1 Peter 3:15
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

What you will read about in this Letter, would not have happened unless I was willing to submit to the will of  God first. I had to be willing to say yes when I heard the Lord speak to me.  Just as when the Apostle Peter said yes by stepping out of the boat and walked upon the water has the Lord had told him to do.

 Matthew 14:28-29
And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. [29] And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

But when your faith begins to weaken as did Peter’s when he took his eyes off of Jesus and focused on the storm, and he began to sink.  He called out to the Lord to save him and he did.

 Matthew 14:30-31
But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. [31] And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

Faith Building Moments:

 Psalm 136:23
Who remembered us in our low estate: for his mercy endureth for ever:

As I started on this trip to India, the Lord told me not to worry, that he would be with me and that he would make a way for me.

 Proverbs 16:7
When a man's ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

I did not have the foggiest idea of what the Lord was about to do for and through me.  I just knew that the Lord was sending me, and that I would find out what had I go through when I got there.

Deut. 31:6
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

When I got to the Los Angeles International Air Port, I walked inside and I found myself feeling completely by myself.  I was frightened,  and not sure what I was going to have to endure while in India.  There were many people and everybody was talking in their own language and I couldn’t understand a word anybody was saying.

Psalm 37:23
The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.

This is where the blessing began.  In Los Angeles International Airport the Lord blessed me with the fellowship of black man from Memphis Tenn.  Our conversation really seemed  to calm me down and we talked for about two hours.  Then my plane took off and we had a fuel stop at Taipei Taiwan.  I was frightened again as I got there, uncertain of what would happen in India.  Then the  Lord sent a man to me who was born in India on his way to home again.  He helped me by telling me some things to expect, and some of the things that I should not do.  Then we took off again and arrived at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia for an eight-hour lay over, and there I had to go through customs.  I had never been through customs before, and I was so scared and uncertain of what to do next, I couldn’t even spell anything right.  The Lord was so merciful to me, he brought a Woman who was born in India and on going back for a visit.  Praise the Lord, and the woman was even a Christian.  Just her presence seemed to calm me down so that I could fill out the Immigration forms.  The Lord’s presents could be felt in everything that I did and went through while I was in India.

 John 20:30
And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book:

The people did some things that just overwhelming me.  It almost felt like they were worshiping me, and I told Pastor M. Jaya Kumar about it and asked them not to do so.  Then the Lord said to me, they are not Worshiping you when they are doing those things for you.  They are doing them for Jesus who lives within your heart.

 Matthew 25:40
And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

What touched my heart most, was the way the little children were always bowing down as they greeted me and gathered around me and wanted me to pray for them and bless them.  And when I asked what I should pray for, they would mostly ask for Spiritual Wisdom.

 James 1:5
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

The people were also a great encouragement to me as by the way they expressed the Love of Christ through their actions as will in their words.

John 13:35
By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Now comes the best part of this whole News Letter, where we hear about how the Lord saved ten souls from Hell Fire.

Ten Souls Saved for the Kingdom:

The saving of lost souls was the main reason for this trip to India.  The sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the Love of God, from within my heart was all that was needed to see some people of India get saved.  The Love of God that abides within my heart and the Holy Spirit speaking through me was the only thing that was needed.

 Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

I cannot explain the joy that I felt within my heart at the end of the first service when I saw six lost souls stand up and except Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.

 1 Thes. 4:14
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

I Praise the Lord because the only thing that could have topped that experience while I was in India was what happened next.  I led my first lost soul personally to the Lord Jesus Christ through the sinner’s prayer.  The person was a young Hindu woman with a tear in her eye, and a lost look on her face, which all changed once she accepted Jesus as her Personal Saviour.  I was also blessed when I led three more lost souls in the sinner’s prayer, making Jesus their Personal Saviour also.

 Romans 10:13
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Praise God, sense then Pastor M. JayaKumar sent me a letter stating that two of the new converts have been Baptized and is growing in the knowledge of the Lord.  Also, another will also be Baptized at the end of February.

 Mark 9:23
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

This trip to India and all of its experiences has changed me, along with my outlook on the Christian Life.
I also come to this conclusion that the Lord is able to do the perfect will of God my Father through my good works.

 Psalm 40:8
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.

I know that through Faith, that all things are possible through Jesus Christ, in the presence of the Holy Spirit who lives within my heart.  Just as he will do for every person that will submit his leading.   For the Lord is not a respecter of persons, because what he did for me he will also do for anyone that is willing to walk in the Spirit and not in the Flesh.

 Acts 10:34
Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:

In Closing:

I would thank the Lord for everyone who have prayed for this trip and for my safety.  I would also like to encourage everyone to just say yes to the Lord when he speaks to your heart and impresses you to go somewhere or do something for someone else just as Ananias of Damascus did as a disciple of Christ.

Acts 9:10-12
And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. [11] And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, [12] And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.

Just remember to step out in faith and believe, if he did all this for and through me, he will also do it for and through you.  Just as when President Kennedy once said “ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what can you do for your country” . . .    As people of God, we should also say somewhat of the same thing about our Christianity.  "Do not ask what the Lord can do for you, but ask what can the Lord do through you". . .

1 John 4:9
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

Closing Prayer:

1 Tim. 2:3-4
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; [4] Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Lord, I ask that you Bless every soul that reads this, with an extra measure of Faith.  So they would have what they need to be able to answer yes when you call upon them.

Acts 26:18
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

I also would like to thank the Lord one more time for giving me the opportunity to go to India and meet your people there.  In the precious Name of Jesus Christ, A-Men
