Holy Spirit Ministry Statement of Faith


This page is to inform all people what this Ministry believes and stands for concerning the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Also to extinguish all Doubts and Mistrust concerning the intent of the Holy Spirit Ministry.


Section A:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that the whole Bible (every word) is the divinely inspired, inerrant revelation of God and, therefore, it is the only authority (fundamental principle) enabling the Christian to practice their faith.

2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21.

Section B:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that the Godhead is present in three Persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and that these three are one God.

Matt. 28:19-20; John 1:1-4; 2 Corinthians 13:14.

Section C:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in the Full Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, that He is the very God, for by whom and for whom all things were created.

1 John 1:1-3; Phil. 2:6-8; Col. 1:15-17

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and therefore He is God manifested in the flesh.

Luke 1:31-35; 2:7; John 1:14

Section D:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that all men are by nature sinful and lost.

Rom. 3:10,23

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that the Salvation of all mankind from their sin can only come through the divine sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and the shedding of His Blood is the only sufficient payment for sin.

Heb. 10:4,12

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes salvation is a free Gift from God, by Grace through Faith.

Eph. 2:8-9

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that those who trust in Jesus Christ as their only Lord and Savior, are truly born again; for everyone who trusts in Jesus Christ is eternally saved.

Rom. 10:9

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that it is Christ who enables the believers to endure to the end.

John 10:27-29; Phil. 1:6 2:13; 1 John 2:2

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that the repentance of Sin is the beginning of Salvation, for without repentance there can be no forgiveness of Sin.

Luke. 13:2-3; Acts. 2:37-39; 3:19; 17:30

Section E:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in the physical resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and in His bodily presence at the right hand of God as our High Priest and Advocate.

Luke 24:39; Heb 9:11; 10:12; 1 John 2:1

Section F:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in the Person and Deity of the Holy Spirit who indwells and empowers the believer to live an obedient Christian Life Style.

Rom 8:9,11; John 14:16-17; 16:7-14

Section G:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in the command which the Lord Jesus has given to His Church to evangelize the world.

Matt. 28:19-20

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that the evangelization of the Lost in the world is the great commission, and the edification of the Body of Christ is the work that the Lord has called the Church to do.

Section H:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in the pre-tribulation rapture of the Church (Body of Christ).

1 Thess. 4:13-18; Rev. 3:10

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in the pre-millennium return of Christ to the earth for the purpose of establishing His worldwide kingdom, and all people will see Him at his return.

Matt. 24:29-30; Acts 1:10-11; Rev. 19:11-16; 20:4-6

Section I:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes in a heaven of eternal bliss for the righteous who have placed their Faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

John 14:1-3; 2 Cor. 5:6-8; Rev. 21:1-5

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that the wicked (the un-saved) will suffer eternal punishment, forever being aware of their sufferings being alone without Christ or anyone else.

Luke 16:19-31; 2 Thess. 1:7-10; Rev. 20:11-15

Section J:

The Holy Spirit Ministry believes that the Day of Pentecost was the beginning (the birth) of the Church of Jesus Christ. It was on that day that the Lord Jesus Christ gave the Church the Power of the Holy Spirit enabling them to go out into all the world and preach the Gospel, sharing the good news of His Death, Burial, and Resurrection.
